In case a Channel Point alert does not play out as it should, you can easily refund the Channel Points to your viewer using the Activity Feed. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the Sound Alerts Dashboard
  2. In the Activity Feed in the center-left, you can see all past alerts
  3. Click on the Channel Point alert you would like to refund
  4. Click on "Refund Channel Points"

You can see the confirmation on the bottom right after that.

The feature works the same if you have integrated the Activity Feed into your OBS. If you want to know how you can integrate the Activity Feed into your OBS, please also head to our How to add the Sound Alerts Activity Feed to your OBS guide.
