Refund Channel Points in your Activity Feed

In case a Channel Point alert does not play out as it should, you can easily refund the Channel Points to your viewer using the Activity Feed. Simply follow these steps:

1. Open the Sound Alerts Dashboard
2. In the Activity Feed in the center-left, you can see all past alerts
3. Click on the Channel Point alert you would like to refund
4. Click on "Refund Channel Points"

You can see the confirmation on the bottom right after that.

Refunding Channel Points is also possible via the Twitch Channel Points redemptions manager
