This article will help you if you need help accessing alert types such as Bits, Subs, or Channel Points alerts using the Sound Alerts Dashboard.

You must be a Twitch Partner or Affiliate to access some of our alert types. This includes Sound Alerts for Bits and Channel Points. You can read more on how to become a Twitch Affiliate here.

I am a Twitch Partner or Affiliate

If you are a Twitch Partner or Affiliate and still need access to all Sound Alerts types, please log out and back in on your Sound Alerts Dashboard. This should result in our system updating your status.
