If your Stream goes down for whatever reason, it can happen that Sound Alerts won’t play any of your Alerts anymore. Please make sure to restart your Streaming program to fix this issue.
If the browser source is still offline you have to refresh the cache of the current page as well.
Right-click the Sound Alerts browser source and select "Properties".
A window will open up. Scroll down and hit the "Refresh" button.
