The language of the Sound Alerts Twitch Extension depends on the language you have selected in your settings on Twitch.
Each viewer sees the Twitch Extension in their selected language. This means your settings won't affect the experience of your viewers as they always see the Sound Alerts Twitch Extension in the language they prefer.
