In rare instances, your alerts may not be processed properly, which can result in your alert not appearing on the livestream. If we are able to detect that an alert has gone missing on our end, we are able to grant you a restore token for Sound Alerts — learn more about it in this short guide.

Claiming your Restore Token

Simply visit this website and type in your Twitch name along with the Twitch name of the channel the alert was supposed to be played on. Restore tokens can only be claimed for Bits alerts in our Twitch Extension. Please note that we can not provide restore tokens for any alert that has gone missing for reasons outstide of our control — this would include errors based on the specific streaming or sound setup of a channel.
