There are rare cases in which a Bits alert in the Extension does not get transferred to a stream. In these cases, you can use the Sound Alerts Restore Token.
About the Restore Token
Our Restore Token lets you activate another Extension Bits alert of the same type if it has been dropped due to a rare mistake on our side. Please note that they will only work for Extension Bits alerts and not for Channel Points or other alert types.
Using the Restore Token
To get your Restore Token, visit this page and make sure to enter the correct Twitch username details. You can activate an Extension Bits alert of the exact same type on the channel for free after successfully claiming the Token. Please note that Restore Tokens only cover alerts that were dropped due to a rare case in our system — alerts dropped based on muted alert audio, or the setups of streamers are not included.
