The To-Do List Widget allows you to display challenges, goals, or tasks directly on your stream. It helps you keep track of what needs to be completed while allowing your viewers to follow your progress in real time.
You and your moderators can manage the list using custom chat commands without leaving the stream. The widget’s colors and fonts can also be customized to match the design of your channel.
How to add the To-Do List Widget
- Open the Sound Alerts Dashboard.
- Select Scenes from the left-hand menu.
- Open an existing Scene or create a new one.
- Inside the Scene Editor, click Add Widget.
- Select the Live category.
- Scroll down until you find To-Do List.
- Click the widget to add it to your Scene.

The To-Do List Widget will now appear inside the Scene Editor.
Customize the widget
After adding the widget, select it to open its settings. You can customize its appearance to fit the style of your stream, including its colors and fonts.
You can also use the general widget settings to:
- Change the widget title.
- Adjust its position within the Scene.
- Change its width and height.
- Adjust its opacity.
- Show or hide the widget when needed.

You can also drag and resize the widget directly inside the Scene Editor.
Manage your tasks
The To-Do List Widget uses custom chat commands to manage its entries. You and your moderators can use these commands to update the list during a livestream without returning to the Sound Alerts Dashboard.
This makes it easy to track active challenges, community goals, stream activities, or any other tasks you want to display to your viewers.
Add the Scene to your streaming software
Once the widget is configured:
- Save your changes in the Scene Editor.
Copy the Scene’s Source URL.

- Add a new browser source in your preferred streaming software.
- Paste the Source URL into the browser source settings.
- Adjust the browser source to fit your stream layout.
The To-Do List Widget will now be visible on your stream and ready to use.
