🧩 Profiles on Sound Alerts
With Profiles, you can easily organize different sets of sounds, alerts, or buttons for your streams — whether you’re chatting with your community or diving into a new game.
This allows you to keep your setup flexible and tailored to any stream category or theme.
⚙️ Creating and Managing Profiles
Head to My Alerts section in the Sound Alerts dashboard.
Click New Profile + to create a new setup.

In the right panel, enter your Profile Name.
Optionally, click Select Thumbnail to upload a custom image — if none is selected, one will be automatically chosen from your sounds or videos.
Under Auto-switch on Stream Category, you can choose to have the Profile automatically load when you change your Twitch category.
Click Create new Profile when you’re done.

🔄 Profile Switching by Category
To make your experience even smoother, you can enable automatic Profile switching.
Here’s how it works:
Open the Profiles section in the Sound Alerts Dashboard.

Select the profile you want to configure.
Locate the Auto-switch on Stream Category dropdown.

Choose one of the following modes:
Don’t auto-switch profile – Profiles will not switch automatically.
Auto-switch based on selected categories – Select one or more Twitch categories that should trigger this profile when you start streaming.
(Optional) Enable Chat notification when Auto-switch on Stream Category if you want a message posted in chat whenever the system switches profiles automatically.
When enabled, Sound Alerts will monitor your Twitch stream category and switch profiles seamlessly without requiring manual changes—even mid-stream.
💡 Tip
You can create up to 100 Profiles — perfect for customizing your alerts for different games, events, or moods on your stream.
