If you have a team of trusted individuals or dedicated mods in your community, it can be helpful to let them access your Sound Alerts Dashboard. This allows them to alter your settings or the alert lineup. In this guide, we want to show you how to use Manager Access in the Sound Alerts Dashboard and showcase its features.
Adding Managers to your Sound Alerts Dashboard
To add managers to your Sound Alerts Dashboard, follow these steps:
- Visit the Managers tab of your Dashboard settings.
- Type in the Twitch username of the person you want to add
- Select if the user should be an Editor (limited access) or an Administrator (full access).
- Click on "Add Manager".
- Congratulations, you added a manager to your account. Please read the next paragraph to see how they can access your Dashboard.

Managing other Channels
If a streamer added you as a Sound Alerts manager, you can access their Dashboard by following these simple steps:
- Open your Sound Alerts Dashboard.
- Click on your "Account Settings" in the top-right corner.
- Select "Manage Channel".
- Select the channel you want to manage from the list and click "Manage this channel".
- After a quick loading screen, you will access the Dashboard of the selected channel. You can return to your Dashboard by clicking the banner on the top center of your screen.
