  6. Position and resize the widget within your Scene.

The Crystal Ball Widget will now be part of your Scene and can be customized through its settings.

Set Up the Chat Command

The Crystal Ball Widget uses a dedicated Twitch chat command that viewers can use to ask it a question.

Choose the command you want viewers to use and configure it in the widget settings.

Once enabled, viewers can enter the command together with their question in Twitch chat. The Crystal Ball will then display the question on stream and reveal one of your available answers.

 Customize the Answers

You can create your own list of answers that the Crystal Ball can choose from when responding to viewers.

Add answers that fit your stream and community. They can be simple responses such as Yes, No, or Maybe, or more personalized answers and inside jokes that match your channel.

You can also customize the text flavor around the responses to give the Crystal Ball its own personality.

Customize Responses with AI Flavor

You can enable AI Flavor to give the Crystal Ball responses more personality and make them better match your stream.

When AI Flavor is enabled, use the AI Flavor Prompt to describe how you want the Crystal Ball to respond. For example, you can ask it to:

  • Talk like a pirate
  • Sound like an ancient fortune teller
  • Give dramatic and mysterious responses
  • Be sarcastic or humorous
  • Respond like an evil wizard

You can also select the AI Answer Language to choose which language the generated responses should use.

The AI Flavor works together with your configured Possible Answers, transforming the responses to match the personality or style you describe.

For example, instead of simply responding with “Yes,” a pirate-themed Crystal Ball could turn the answer into something more fitting for that personality.

Tip: Be creative with your AI Flavor Prompt. A more descriptive prompt can give your Crystal Ball a more distinctive personality and make each interaction more entertaining for your viewers.

Control Who Can Use the Crystal Ball

You can restrict access to the Crystal Ball command if you don't want everyone in chat to use it.

Depending on your settings, you can make the command available to specific groups, such as:

  • Everyone
  • Subscribers
  • Moderators

This can help you control how frequently the Crystal Ball appears during your stream.
